Abstract

8.05 Policy for Use Of Library By Minors: Any minor child v.tlo wishes to use the facilities of the Greenblatt Library must have his/her parent or guardian sign a consent form approved by Georgia Health Sciences lkliversity Office of Legal Affairs. The consent form wll be kept on file at the Greenblatt Library and must be updated on a yearly basis. The parent or guardian of any minor using the Greenblatt Library is responsible for any fees incurred by the minor and for any damage caused by the minor to the library or its collection.
