Abstract
Memo from the Augusta Library and Medical Society to C.C. Black, Patrick Walsh, and Walter Clark. The subject of the memo is the Society's resolve to contact the State's General Assembly and ask for relief in regards to Augusta calling on the city's medical doctors to perform postmortem examinations and testify in court without pecuniary relief or consideration of the physicians' time to perform these duties.
