Confined Space Entry Policy

Abstract

To ensure the protection of GHSU employees and contract personnel from the hazards of entry into permit-required confined spaces and to ensure that regulatory requirements regarding entry into confined spaces are met. This policy is intended to achieve two goals: 1.1 Prevent unauthorized employee entry into a permit-required confined space . 1.2 Assure safe entry and work within confined spaces by authorized employees and contract personnel.
