Abstract

10.03 Policy for Proprietary Control of Photography, Videography, and Artistic Design: Designs created by the Division of Visual and Instructional Design are billable to the customer based on the number of uses and remain under the proprietary control of the division. The Division of Visual and Instructional Design is a self-supporting, cost-recovery entity within Georgia Health Sciences University Office of Academic Affair. Photography, videography, medical illustration and graphic design are created by the artists and delivered to the customer. Customers are billed on an hourly basis to cover the cost of salaries, benefits, travel, supplies, and training of employees of the division.
